This is thus an invitation to join a select group of heart-centered, highly enthusiastic people and transformational leaders in delivering their message of enthusiasm and empowerment to the world. It’s a stunning invitation to drop the facade.
According to the world's leading experts on the immune system:
It isn't too much stress that is killing people – but, rather, it is too little joy.

We are a kindness retreat center
completely built by kind strangers and a
television series about how we built it!
High on Kindness House is a new experimental reality TV series platform. High on Kindness is supported by various strangers. This would also pertain to 'you'. One of the primary drivers of engagement will be building organic connections between those most in need of kindness, and those able to deliver it. Building on this growing network, we will facilitate a "Pay It Forward" model of public engagement and record the stories as they unfold, selecting the best footage for inclusion in aired episodes with the remainder available through web-based and social media channels. These viewer-driven interactive elements will be interspersed with educational narrative pieces that explain the scientific underpinning of what’s occurring, as well as weaving a cohesive narrative between each element and episode.
This is the very definition of "feel-good television. We are offering genuine kindness to those most in need – not just the recipients of our higher-end kindness interventions, but equally to the viewers who are so starved of inspiration.
Research now shows that oxytocin (that we produce through emotional warmth) reduces levels of free radicals and inflammation in the cardiovascular system and so slows ageing at source. Incidentally these two culprits also play a major role in heart disease so this is also another reason why kindness is good for the heart.
Complete strangers join forces together with our corporate partners, creating a TV series to bring global awareness to the healing power of kindness
Scientific evidence shows how kindness changes the brain, impacts the heart and immune system and may even be an antidote to depression. We're actually genetically hard wired to be kind to strangers. According to the world's leading experts on the immune system, it isn't too much stress that's killing people – but too little joy. High on Kindness is a network of complete strangers building a kindnewss retreat and a reality television movement for the 21st century!
Come to an H.O.K.I .. and turn your life around!
We produce spontaneous events called HOKI's (high-on kindness interventions) that inspire unique, creative community environments where random strangers participate in spontaneous kindness events ( Hoki's) Cities all across the USA and Canada join forces together with our corporate partners, creating a TV series to raise global awareness to the power kindness.
In a society that is mesmerized and numbed by daily doses of racist and hate crimes stories in the news* star people will present on reality TV the counter-culture idea that ordinary people can demonstrate values about racism through acts of kindness towards complete strangers and coming together as a people made of stars. It's a chance to recognize prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination in our society discriminate against - humiliated, excluded, restricted or marginalized because of these perceived differences This series offers for the first time- the struggle against racism will be part of the reality television consciousness.
Togheter, we will provide a truly unique reality television experience. Cooperation instead of competition; kindness in place of envy; unity in place of division. This is the very definition of “feel-good television”. We are offering genuine kindness to those most in need – not just the recipients of our higher-end kindness interventions, but equally to the viewers who are so starved of inspiration.
We're actually genetically hard-wired to be kind to strangers. According to the world's leading experts on the immune system, it isn't too much stress that's killing people – but too little joy. On a chemical level, studies show that kindness occupies the same neural circuits as addictive drugs. The high comes in part from the release of endogenous opiates in the brain. Morphine and heroin are opiates. but endogenous opiates are those produced by the body- endogenous to the body. You don't have to be a highly educated person Or have any exceptional knowledge to understand the intelligence of the heart.
On a biochemical level, it is believed that the good feeling we get is due to elevated levels of the brain’s natural versions of morphine and heroin, which we know as endogenous opioids. They cause elevated levels of dopamine in the brain and so we get a natural high, often referred to as ‘Helper’s High’.
High on Kindness will introduce the world public to the physical and emotional health-transforming power of kindness. We achieve this goal by creating an international television series with global broadcast partners translated into multiple languages.
There is a mountain of scientific evidence that acts of kindness, especially to strangers cause a significant healing effect on the immune system and release an avalanche of feel-good chemicals in the brain. Our idea is to raise awareness to the world about the healing power of kindness on both TV and by creating a "kindness heals message" global movement.
I believe in strangers, and I believe in the goodness of people, but nothing has more confirmed this truth for me, than the endless stream of kind strangers that helped bring Share it Forwards TV to the world. What I learned during the making of the pilot was far more about the people that helps us get to the festival than the series alone.(read the article below) Now, 2 decades later,I am back! with a vision so outrageous! so ambitious! Strangers from all over Ontario and the rest of Canada come together and build a kindness retreat centre. We film all of it.

High on Kindness House started as a reality TV series
Download Share It Forward articleHigh on kindness House is an idea inspired by the film: ''A field of Dreams'[warner bros.1994] We are a retreat center where all the activities, staff, and guest experiences are centered on loving kindness and creative expression. It's a place where you can allow your soul to soar free and explore hidden and repressed creative expression. We deliver these outcomes with improv comedy, visual arts, and mystical and metaphysical exploration. We provide a buffet of activities designed to awaken your true self. Metaphysical exploration is also available for this interested in the mystical journey. High on Kindness House has something for everyone.
Scientific journals demonstrate the strong link between compassion and the activity of the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve, as well as regulating heart rate, also controls inflammation levels in the body. One study that used the Tibetan Buddhist’s ‘Loving Kindness Compassion’ meditation found that kindness and compassion did, in fact, reduce inflammation in the body, mostly likely due to its effects on the vagus nerve.
In our 'news-centric' society that is mesmerized by daily newscasts of prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination - comes a brand new television series; called HIGH ON KINDNESS. A counter-culture idea that ordinary people can demonstrate acts of kindness toward complete strangers.
''Race is a social concept, not a scientific one,'' said Dr. J. Craig Venter, head of the Celera Genomics Corporation in Rockville, Md. Dr. Venter and scientists at the National Institutes of Health recently announced that they had put together a draft of the entire sequence of the human genome, and the researchers had unanimously declared, there is only one race -- the human race. Dr. Venter and other researchers say that those traits most commonly used to distinguish one race from another, like skin and eye color, or the width of the nose, are traits controlled by a relatively few number of genes. IThe concept of "human race" was abandoned about fifty years ago by scientists, because there is no genetic subdivision within the human species. Humans are toogenetically similar (99.9%) for us to be able to speak of different "races" among the species, as the decoding of thehuman genome demonstrated in 2001. were all made of stars What makes us all the same is that we are all made of stars.
The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood were made in the interiors of collapsing stars. We are made of star stuff. Those galaxies are not merely distant-- they are distant cousins.
Sixty-Three years ago, In the spring of 1950, UNESCO put out groundbreaking research from geneticists and anthropologists explaining that ''we are all connected.......we should not see each other as different''... they did to promote peace amongst all races, and to make people realize that ''we should immediately strive to work together''
You've got to ask yourself what you're living for, and who you're living for, and if none of those answers begin with you then you're living your life wrong. you're living a lie. everything you do should revolve around you. every person, every place, ever moment should start and end with you. this is your life and you shouldn't spend it on dull things, in people who don't understand the type of love you carry within your bones. because you only live once and it's your job to make it count so let every day be yours, own it and never apologize for being who you are. Every random stranger you pass by is living a existence as exciting and challenging as you own--Each stranger's world inhabited with theirown unique narrative
Our evolutionary ancestors had to learn to cooperate with one another. The stronger the emotional bonds within groups, the greater were the chances of survival and so ‘kindness genes’ were etched into the human genome.
. High on Kindness is the escape hatch from a reality of "what's in it for me" – to a reality of ABUNDANT health and happiness. In a society that is mesmerized and numbed by daily doses of vague and indifferent entertainment* High on Kindness* will present the counterculture ideal that ordinary people can live out their values through acts of kindness towards complete strangers.
When we do something kind for someone else, we feel good. On a spiritual level, many people feel that this is because it is the right thing to do and so we’re tapping into something deep and profound inside of us that says, ‘This is who I am.’
When you use the discernment of your heart and it’s inner guidance, your energy
levels go through the roof!
Your heart can guide you into all the healthy activities
you need to do: rest more; exercise regularly; eat
healthy foods; drink alcohol moderately; drinks lots of
good water; use stress busting strategies other than
drinking or abuse; relax and unwind – you know what
you need to do – you just have to listen to your own
heart’s wisdom!
learn to hear and trust your heart and find your soul purpose. Once you are connected to your heart then you can connect to other people’s
hearts and THAT is the secret of great success in relationships.
Acts of kindness are often accompanied by emotional warmth. Emotional warmth produces the hormone, oxytocin, in the brain and throughout the body. Of recent interest is its significant role in the cardiovascular system.
Oxytocin causes the release of a chemical called nitric oxide in blood vessels, which dilates (expands) the blood vessels. This reduces blood pressure and therefore oxytocin is known as a ‘cardioprotective’ hormone because it protects the heart (by lowering blood pressure). The key is that acts kindness can produce oxytocin and therefore kindness can be said to be cardioprotective.
we have a live event in Toronto coming up in Feb 14 2023. Send us a message above and we will send the details.
